1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as single-click express payments made through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Please note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these payment providers will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

2.What delivery options do you offer?
We offer flat rate shipping to worldwide destinations at the rates you can check here.

3.How long does it take for you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Infinito Glam's catalogue includes ready to wear fashion items. All orders for our ready to wear fashion items are processed for shipping by our warehouse team within 2 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification email when your order has been despatched from our fulfilment locations.

4.Can I track the status of my order?
Yes you can!! You can visit your order status page at any time to check the progress of your order as it's fulfilled. A link to your order status page is contained in all email notifications you will receive about your order including the order confirmation email and any shipping status emails. When an order is dispatched from our fulfilment location you will receive a notification email that will contain tracking information for your package.

5.Do you ship packages Internationally?
Yes we offer international shipping to most worldwide destinations. Obviously if you live in a remote location we may not be able to deliver to you. If you are in doubt and to avoid any possible disappointment please contact our customer service team prior to confirming your order to check if we can deliver to your remote location.

6.Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Your order to any destination inside the European Union will not be subject to any additional import or VAT charges. However should your order to a destination outside the European Union then your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Infinito Glam is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please note: all prices displayed on our website include VAT, if your order destination is outside the European Union the VAT will be removed at checkout.

7.Where are your packages shipped from?
We use fulfilment centres based within the European Union to house our large collection of 10,000+ individual items of fashion. Our main fulfilment centres where the bulk of our products will be dispatched from are in Milan, Italy; Jonkoping, Sweden; and Berlin, Germany. We have recently also commenced using a distribution centre in Minnesota, USA to cover customers in North America.

We have also partnered with some individual brands who will dispatch some of our more exclusive, limited and unique products direct from their facilities also within the European Union.

8.Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
Once you have placed an order with us our Fulfilment team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back to us using our returns option in accordance with our returns policy within 14 days of receipt of package.

9.Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

10.What do I do if I've received the wrong item?
We are sorry that you have received the wrong item in your order. Please contact our customer service team using any of the methods outlined in our contact us page and we will help you rectify the error without delay.

11.How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@infinitoglam.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

12.Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

13.How will my refund be processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

14.I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?
Oh no! Please try resetting your password initially. If this still doesn't work please contact our Customer Service team with your account details and we'll try and help!

15.Do I need to set up an account to make an order?
No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you'll need is your contact and shipping information!
